The monthly AI membership is a self-serve subscription. You can add and subtract the monthly AI from your account on your own.
We are not able to cancel this subscription for you. It is automated and you will be able to manage your own monthly subscription through the 'My Account" section on your TCC member dashboard.
You must have an active TCC membership to get access to monthly AI. If your TCC membership lapses on the 10th of a month, but you’ve paid for monthly AI until the 30th, you will not be able to access the AI. You must have both memberships active at the same time.
When your renewal date is approaching, you will get the opportunity to upgrade your TCC membership to include AI. This offers better pricing and secures the founder rate.
When your renewal date is approaching or has passed, you will have to cancel your monthly subscription on your own through your member portal.

The Confident Clinician cannot cancel your monthly subscription for you. It’s fully automated, and you can manage it through your member dashboard under the "My account- AI Monthly Billing' section here: https://theconfidentclinicianclub.com/my-account-profile/
Full Confident Clinician Membership Required:
You are required to have a full Confident Clinician Club membership to access the monthly AI subscription. Both memberships must be active at the same time. If your Confident Clinician membership expires on the 10th of the month, but you’ve paid for the AI until the 30th, you won’t be able to use the AI.
